CORN RELISH 
18 lg. ears corn
4 sweet green peppers
4 sweet red peppers
6 lg. onions, chopped
1 lg. bunch chopped celery
1 qt. cider vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. celery seed

Cook corn 2 minutes, drain, cool and cut from cob. DO NOT SCRAPE. Chop up other ingredients and combine with liquid mixture. Bring to boil and simmer about 30 minutes. Stir often. Pack into jars, leaving 1/2 inch at top. Put in hot water bath for about 30 minutes.
