CORN BREAD SALAD 
1 recipe cornbread, baked
1/2 lb. crisp fried bacon
2 med. green peppers, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
Salt & pepper to taste

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle juice
1 tbsp. sugar

Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

Use a large bowl to layer cornbread and vegetables, making as many layers as needed. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss lightly.
