FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1/2 c. chopped nuts, pecans
3 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
1 sm. (flat) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sour cream (1 pt.)
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch salt
1 mashed banana

Combine above ingredients. Fill cupcake liner in muffin tins and freeze. Serve inverted on lettuce leaf for salad or with pound cake for dessert. Serves 12.
