2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature) 1 8 oz. tub unsalted whipped butter 2 to 3 cloves of garlic crushed 1/2 tsp. dry oregano 1/4 tsp. dry dill 1/4 tsp. dry marjoram 1/4 tsp. dry basil 1/4 tsp. dry thyme 1/4 tsp. black pepper Combine all ingredients by hand or food processor. Can store in air tight container in fridge for up to one month. Tastes better next day. Makes great filling for rolled stuffed chicken breasts. |
