FOOL'S BOURSIN SPREAD 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
8 oz. unsalted butter
2 crushed garlic cloves or 2 tsp. powder
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire

Combine the cream cheese and butter. Add seasonings, adjusting taste. Refrigerate for several hours to absorb flavors. This keeps for weeks in the refrigerator. Good on crackers, toast, muffins or bagels.
