MOM'S SOUR DOUGH ROLLS | |
1 c. sour dough 2 c. warm water 1/3 c. sugar 1 tbsp. yeast Stir and rest about 10 minutes. 5 c. flour Add to other ingredients. Let rise until double the size, about 2 hours. Roll into balls about 1/2 inch. Roll dough in melted butter. Place 2 or 3 balls of dough in each muffin space. Let raise about 2 more hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 3 1/2 dozen. |
