SOURDOUGH ROLLS 
5 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 tbsp. warm water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 pkg. dry yeast (or equivalent)

Sift the first 5 dry ingredients; stir in oil and buttermilk. Dissolve yeast in water; add to mixture. Place in container with a sealed lid. Store in refrigerator. Roll desired amount in flour.

Bake at 450°F 15 to 20 minutes.
