1 pkg. lime Jello
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
1 med. cucumber, grated coarsely
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into gelatin mold and chill until firm.
