PECAN CHEESECAKE SQUARES 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Microwave (High) butter in uncovered glass mixing bowl 20 to 30 seconds or until softened. Blend in brown sugar until creamy. Mix in flour with fork until crumbly. Stir in pecans.

2. Set aside 1/2 cup of mixture. Press remainder into bottom of 8" square baking dish (glass).

3. Microwave (High) uncovered 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until mixture is puffed and has a dry appearance rotating dish once; set aside.

4. Microwave (High) remaining crumb mixture in uncovered dish 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring once; set aside.

5. Microwave (High) cream cheese in uncovered small glass mixing bowl, 30 to 45 seconds or until softened. Blend in sugar, beat in egg; mix in milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon onto base. Spread evenly. Sprinkle with lightly toasted crumb mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
