3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat in sugar and baking powder, which are sifted together. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Pour into greased pan and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream. It will be crumbly.
