ROLL - UP COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 cake yeast

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts or fruit preserves, raisins or currants

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and crumble yeast into this mixture. Add milk, salt and flour. Refrigerate overnight. Cut dough into 3 to 4 pieces and roll out like a jelly roll on a well floured board.

Spread each with melted butter. Sprinkle with filling. Roll up and let stand on greased pan for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a warm place. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing glaze or dust with sugar. Serves: 6 to 8.
