RHUBARB DUMPLINGS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. water

Boil until stiff. Pour into baking pan.

DOUGH:

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. shortening or butter

Mix all together and add - put 1 egg in cup, fill cup 3/4 full with milk. Add to mixture and mix all together.

Roll out dough. Cover dough with rhubarb, 3/4 cup cinnamon and sugar and pats of butter. Roll up like a caramel roll. Cut in strips, set in sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Tip upside down when serving.
