1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients and pat into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat together remaining ingredients and spread on cool crust. Mix 1 large or 2 small package instant chocolate pudding with 2 2/3 cups milk. Add to top of cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. Sells really well at bingo!
