MOST WANTED BROCCOLI 
2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
2 minced garlic cloves
1/8 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 lg. bunch broccoli
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Stir-fry the ginger, garlic and red pepper in the sesame oil over medium heat 2 minutes or until golden but not brown. (You can use regular cooking oil.)

Add to the pan the broccoli, which has been washed, trimmed and cut into bite- sized pieces. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Combine the broth, sherry and soy sauce and moosh this mess into the pan, too. cover and steam the vegetable until tender but still crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes. Toss well with the sauce and serve.
