MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
10 lg. potatoes (pared)
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter, paprika

Cook potatoes until tender - drain, mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put in greased 2 quart casserole. Top with butter. May be kept in refrigerator several days. Before serving, sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered, 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes. Good for busy holidays. (Our old favorite.)
