2 c. sugar
3 lg. marshmallows (24 miniature)
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. Crisco

Mix all ingredients in boiler. Bring to a full boil. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Beat well, cool slightly. Spoon over cake layers. Very good on 4 layer - Duncan Hines butter recipe cake.
