1 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet, press with a fork. Bake in 325 degree oven about 10 minutes. Cool before removing from cookie sheet.
