STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
30 large marshmallows
1 c. milk
1 pkg. vanilla wafers
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 pkgs. strawberry Jello (3 oz.)
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. whipping cream or 2 c. Cool Whip

Melt 30 marshmallows in 1 cup milk. Let cool. Crush vanilla wafers, mix with melted butter. Save 1/4 cup for topping, put remaining crumbs in a large cake pan or jelly roll pan. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add 3 packages strawberries. Mix until melted. Pour over crumbs in pan. Take 2 cups Cool Whip or whipped cream and fold into cooled marshmallow mixture. Pour over Jello. (Make sure it's set.) Sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbs on top.
