GINGERED CHICKEN 
12 to 16 oz. chicken wings
2 tbsp. oil
2 slices fresh ginger
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms
1 bunch green onions (sm. bulbs), chopped
2 tbsp. Saki
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar

Fry chicken in oil with ginger until brown; drain excess oil. Add mushrooms, onion, Saki and soy sauce to chicken. Sprinkle sugar. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
