GINGERED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. kraft-free Italian dressing
1/4 c. apricot preserves
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place chicken pieces in a 9 inch square baking dish. Pour Italian dressing over the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 3 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade, reserving chicken in the dish.

Combine preserves, ginger and pepper. Brush over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until chicken is done.
