CHICKEN HAWAIIAN 
12-14 pieces of chicken
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mustard
Dash salt

Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on grill with bone side nearest coals. Cook slowly. When bone side is brown, 20 to 30 minutes, turn skin side down and cook 20 minutes longer. Brush both sides with Pineapple Glaze and cook about 10 minutes more or until tender, turning and basting each side twice with glaze.
