HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 beaten eggs
2 c. ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix flour, sugar, pecans, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Combine eggs, bananas, oil, pineapple, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir by hand into the flour mixture until flour is moistened. Pour in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour until done.
