SESAME CHICKEN 
4 (6 oz) chicken breast
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Cooking spray
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

In a non-stick skillet - over medium heat, add sesame seeds and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes until toasted. Remove. Beat chicken breasts thin between saran wrap until 1/4 inch thick. Coat skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot, add chicken and cook 3 minutes on each side until brown. Combine sesame seeds, syrup, soy sauce, and ginger. Pour over chicken and cook for 1 more minute, turning chicken to coat with sauce. Serve with rice and broccoli and mushroom stir-fry.
