SWISS 'N BACON QUICHE | |
1 (9 inch) pie crust (unbaked) 6 slices bacon 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 5 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble over crust. Add onion and cheese. Beat together milk, eggs and salt. Pour over crust mixture. Bake 350 degrees 40 minutes or until set in center. |
