SWISS BACON QUICHE 
1 pie crust shell
4 oz. can mushrooms
4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
4 oz. bacon, crumbled
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Prick bottom of pie shell. Prebake pie shell for 5 minutes. Cool.

Combine cheese, mushrooms and bacon. Spread on bottom of pie shell. Mix other ingredients and pour over cheese mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
