SWISS IN BACON QUICHE | |
Prepare 9 inch single pie crust already baked (do not prick crust). Sprinkle 6 crisply cooked bacon slices (crumbled), 2 tablespoons minced onion, and one cup shredded Swiss cheese over crust. Beat together 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk, 5 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg; pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
