CHILI TORTILLAS 
1 lb. round steak, cut into cubes and browned in 2 tbsp. oil
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 tbsp. minced garlic
4 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin

Cook in Dutch oven for a couple of hours or crock pot (low 10 hours). Heat lage flour tortillas (20 seconds) in microwave. Spoon on chili, top with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up into burrito shape. Top with sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
