MICROWAVE PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. raw peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. dark corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. baking soda

In deep bowl stir peanuts, sugar, syrups and salt together. Cook on high 4 minutes. Stir well and cook on high 4 minutes. Add butter and vanilla, blend well. Cook on high 2 to 3 minutes. Add soda. Stir until foamy. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet, spreading it evenly. Cool and break into pieces. Store in airtight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
