WILD RICE SUPREME 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. diced celery
2/3 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper, optional
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain and Wild Rice (use seasoning packet also and amount of water called for on rice package)

Saute meat, celery, onion and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat mixture. Mix well and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered and 1/2 hour uncovered in baking dish of your choice. Serves 6.
