HEAVENLY BROWNIES 
7 tbsp. butter
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, broken in sm. pieces
2 lg. eggs, room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts, toasted (walnuts or pecans)

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Beat eggs at high for 1 minute. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until it is pale yellow and like softly whipped cream, about 4 to 5 minutes. Reduce speed to medium and add chocolate and vanilla. At low speed, add flour, just to combine. Stir in nuts with spoon and put into heavy 8 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done. Cool; cut in 16 squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
