SKILLET MEATBALL SUPPER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
8 sm. whole potatoes
8 carrots, cut into 1/4 inch slices
6 sm. whole white onions
2 med. zucchini
1 3/4 tbsp. selected seasoning
1/4 c. onion, chopped

Combine bread crumbs, wine, beef, green onions, 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning. Mix together until well blended. Shape 10 meatballs in one tablespoon of cooking oil brown meatballs. Remove meatballs from pan, reserving pan juice. Cook potatoes, carrots and onions in small amount of zucchini in pan juice. Replace meatballs. Add 1/2 cup of wine and vegetables from pot. Sprinkle 3/4 tablespoon of seasoning over all and simmer lightly for 15 minutes.
