SNAPPY GREEN BEANS 
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1-2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 c. fresh, cooked green beans

Fry bacon until crisp, drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Cook onion in drippings until tender; add vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over hot cooked beans. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top before serving.
