GREEN BEAN STROGANOFF 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen string beans, French or cut
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. corn flakes

Cook beans according to directions but keep crisp-tender. Drain and set aside. Melt butter, add flour, seasoning and onion. Cook 1 minute. Then add sour cream. Heat through. Stir mixture into beans. Taste for seasoning. Put in casserole. Top with cheddar cheese and place corn flake crumbs on top of cheese. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
