GREAT CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 (7 oz.) pkg. seasoned bread cubes
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. water or 1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Grated cheese

Mix chicken, bread cubes, butter, water or broth, onion and celery and put in 9x13 inch pan. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, spread mushroom soup on top. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Put grated cheese on top and bake 10 minutes longer.
