COCKTAIL SAUSAGE MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. pork sausage 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp. sage 1 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce Combine sausage, eggs, crackers, and sage. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown on each side. Pour off drippings. Combine ketchup, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. Pour over meatballs and simmer 1/2 hour. |
