SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. cracker bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix these ingredients together in a large bowl. Make meatballs and put on cookie sheets. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown, turning frequently. Put in crock pot with 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup until soup is warm and like gravy or put in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes. These can be made ahead and frozen.
