RHUBARB JAM 
4 c. diced rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. frozen strawberries

Combine rhubarb, sugar and strawberries; let stand until juice is formed. Boil 15 minutes, remove from heat and stir in Jello until completely dissolved. Place in jars, seal and store in refrigerator.
