QUICK AND EASY RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
2 c. drained pineapple bits
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
5 c. sugar

Mix and combine ingredients. Let sit 24 hours. Simmer until rhubarb is transparent. Cool. Put in jars and freeze. Do not overcook. Very good served on ice cream.
