RHUBARB REFRIGERATOR JAM 
5 c. finely chopped rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 med. size can crushed pineapple and juice

Combine all in a 6 quart pan. Simmer about 20 minutes until rhubarb is tender. Cool and put in jars then refrigerate.
