CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 c. diced chicken
1/4 c. pimientos
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
red pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. spaghetti, broken
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced

Cook spaghetti until tender. Mix all ingredients and bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
