1 lb. pan sausage
1 1/2 c. bisquick (dry)
1 c. shredded cheese (any brand)

In large bowl, mix sausage, bisquick and cheese together. Form small -sized balls and place on cookie sheet. Cook at 350°F, for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: about 20 to 25.
