SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
2 lb. sausage (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients and form into 1-inch balls.

Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.

Makes about 6 dozen.

Sausage balls can be frozen uncooked!
