1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. bulk sausage
3 c. Bisquick mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. With all ingredients at room temperature, mix all ingredients with a fork. Shape into medium sized balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
