CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
Crust:

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Crumble ingredients together. Press in 13x9-inch pan.

Bake 15 minutes at 350°F. Cool.

Filling:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip
3 reg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 3/4 c. milk
Cool Whip
chocolate chips

Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip. Spread carefully on crust. Mix pudding and milk for 3 minutes on low speed. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Cover with cool whip and chocolate chips, then refrigerate.
