CHOCOLATE CHIP DESSERT 
10 graham crackers, crushed
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

25 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 bar (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate
1 c. whipping cream

Mix crackers, butter, and sugar and pat into an 8 inch square pan. Heat milk and marshmallows to melt; cool. Chop chocolates quite fine. (Ground up chocolate chips may be substituted for the bitter and sweet chocolate, about 1 cup chips). Beat cream and add to cooled marshmallow mixture. Add chocolate. Pour into pan and cover with a few crumbs. Refrigerate.
