3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. ice water

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl EXCEPT ice water. Slowly add ice water to mixture in bowl, mixing while doing so. Mix until blended. Pour into well greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
