ORIENTAL SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach
1 can bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 lb. bacon
1 can chow mein noodles

DRESSING:

1/3 c. white vinegar
1 c. corn oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 green onions

Drain bean sprouts and water chestnuts. In a large bowl, toss all the salad ingredients except the chow mein noodles. Add these right before eating. Place all ingredients for dressing in blender and blend well. Add to salad and toss well. Add noodles just before serving.
