CHILI CON QUESO FONDUE 
1 can stewed tomatoes, drained & chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, cubed
1 (4 oz.) Ortega green chilis, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 sm. can mushrooms stems & pieces

Saute onions in oil until limp. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until most of liquid is absorbed. Add remaining ingredients. heat until cheese is melted and hot. Serve with tortilla chips or French bread.
