PINEAPPLE FUDGE 
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. half-and-half cream
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Combine sugar, cream, butter, and pineapple; stir. Cook over medium-low heat to soft-ball stage. Cut off heat and let fudge sit a few minutes. Then add pecans. Beat until crystals form on side of pan.
