STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
CRUST:

2 c. crushed thin stick pretzels
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted

Mix well and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen topping (Cool Whip)
1 c. white sugar

Blend together until smooth. Pour over cooled crust. Chill until glaze is prepared.

GLAZE:

1 lg. pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
2 1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries (or 20 oz. frozen)

(When using frozen berries, both cups of water should be hot.) Fold in strawberries. Spread over filling. Chill until set, several hours.
